Chakra
We have seven main points in our bodies known as Chakra in which energy flows through, but there are more than million within our surroundings.
Our seven energy's can be balanced, blocked,closed off, and even reserved for yourself or someone else.
A short summary of the seven chakras is located below:
1. Root Chakra represents our family and the foundation of our lives. Like where we want to go and what we want to do. The emotional issues we could face is survival such as financial independence, money and food.
Color Red.
Location This chakra is at the base of the spine in the tailbone area. It's also located around the genitals.

2. Sacral Chakra represents our connection and ability to accept others and new experiences. The emotional issues we could face is a sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality.
Color Orange.
Location Lower abdomen within the bellybutton.

3. Solarplex Chakra represents our ability to be confident and in control of our lives. The emotional issues we could face is the lack of our self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem.
Color yellow
Location Upper abdomen in the stomach area. Around adrenal glands.

4. Heart Chakra represents our ability to love. The emotional issues we could face is the ability to give snd recive uncoditonal love , joy and inner peace.
Color Green and Pink
Location Center of chest just above the heart

5. Throat Chakra represents are ability to communicate and listen. the emotional issues we can face is communication, self-expression of feelings and the truth.
Color blue
Location In the throat at the thyroid gland.

6. Third eye Chakra represents our ability to focus and see the big picture. The emotional issues we could face is the lack of intuition, imagination, wisdom and the ability to think and make decisions.

Location In between the eyes. at the pituitary gland.

7. Crown Chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. Emotional issues we could face is our inner and outer beauty and to be connected spiritually.

Location the very top of the head. Around the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus.
